Refund policy

We Love Hair is fully committed to supporting customers. Should you have a query regarding any aspect of your order, the first step is to contact our friendly HQ team who will be pleased to assist.

All product purchases made through our website are eligible for a 10-day refund. This applies to all orders or part-orders and covers 10 working days from the date you received your order.

The following restrictions apply:

  • The items need to be unopened and in a condition ready for resale.
  • If the items were not faulty or damaged on receipt, the customer is responsible for paying the return delivery fee. The customer assumes responsibility for the items once they accept delivery. If the items are damaged on delivery, the customer should not accept delivery.
  • We Love Hair cannot be liable in any way for damage or theft/loss of returned items. We assume responsibility once the items have been inspected and signed for at our premises.
  • The customer is required to notify us in writing before initiating the return.

*we recommend that customers use tracked delivery for their returns.

If the customer requests a full refund for the returned items, this will be made within 30 days of receipt of the returned items.
