Prices, Timing and Delivery Methods

Free delivery on orders £35 and over.
Delivery is £4.95 on orders under £35.

All product prices include VAT and clearly indicated in the individual page.

We Love Hair reserved the right to change at any time and without notice, the prices. For orders being accepted or already accepted by We Love Hair, the conditions of sale in force at the time the order is sent will apply.

The orders will be processed upon receipt of the order and therefore they will be made available for shipment within 2/3 working days from acceptance of the order and payment.

The delivery of the purchased products can only take place at the postal address specified by the Customer in the order form.

Deliveries will be made from Monday to Friday during normal office hours, excluding national holidays.

Upon delivery, the Customer must check the content, compliance and status of the products. If the package is seriously damaged to the point that a consequent damage to the contents can also be assumed, the Customer may refuse delivery of
the goods by indicating on the courier's transport document the words "I REFUSE THE GOODS FOR DAMAGED PACKAGING".
